5 years ago, I received a cognitive loss diagnosis that changed everything. The diagnosis came at a particularly meaningful time, as I had experienced 10 years with my mother, suffering from Alzheimer's.
I made a decision that would transform my approach to cognitive health: I refused to accept a passive path of simply "managing decline." Instead, I immersed myself in finding solutions—conducting extensive research, attending webinars, consulting with leading doctors, and ultimately spending a full year in an Alzheimer's reversal program developed by a leading neuroscientist.
