Diagnosis to discovery

My Personal Journey with Cognitive Loss

3 years ago, I received a cognitive loss diagnosis that changed everything. The diagnosis came at a particularly meaningful time, as I had experienced 10 years with my mother, suffering from Alzheimer's.

I made a decision that would transform my approach to cognitive health: I refused to accept a passive path of simply "managing decline." Instead, I immersed myself in finding solutions—conducting extensive research, attending webinars, consulting with leading doctors, and ultimately spending a full year in an Alzheimer's reversal program developed by a leading neuroscientist.

What I discovered changed everything about how I viewed my diagnosis

  • The power of emotional resilience in cognitive health

  • The profound connection between mind, body and senses

  • The possibility of improvement through consistent, targeted lifestyle changes

  • The importance of capturing my memories & experiences proactively

I discovered that taking control of my cognitive health journey provided immediate emotional relief, transforming me from feeling helpless to feeling empowered, even before physical improvements became apparent.

The improvements I've experienced by implementing my 3 dimensional approach convinced me that we have more influence over our cognitive health than most realize. This personal journey became the foundation for A Vision of U - Remember Me.

I created A Vision of U - Remember Me to fill this gap—to offer a complete system that recognizes and supports ALL OF YOU. My mission is to transform how we approach cognitive loss, moving from a mindset of inevitable decline to one of active RECOVERY and meaningful quality of life.

My approach goes beyond just presenting information. I'm here to inspire you to take an active role in your cognitive health journey while creating a meaningful legacy that captures your unique essence.
